• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or an appropriate license to the final approved deliverables specifically identified in the project agreement.
• Third-party assets, stock photography, fonts, plugins, themes, and licensed software remain subject to their respective license agreements.

The Articé reserves the right to display completed work within its portfolio, website, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

AI-Generated Content

Certain services may incorporate artificial intelligence technologies to assist with:

AI-generated content is reviewed whenever reasonably practicable; however, clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving all final deliverables before publication.

Website Hosting & Maintenance

If The Articé provides website hosting, maintenance, or support services, reasonable efforts will be made to maintain uptime, security, and software updates.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occasionally occur.

Search Engine Optimization Disclaimer

SEO is influenced by numerous factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, website history, and market conditions.

Accordingly, The Articé does not guarantee:

• First-page rankings
• Specific keyword positions
• Increased traffic
• Increased sales
